I. GENERAL
1. Definitions
- "The Company": the user of these Terms and Conditions;
- "Contractor" means any legal entity, company or natural person who undertakes vis-à-vis the Company to carry out work and/or provide services without being employed, whether or not this is accompanied by the supply of goods required for this purpose;
